Property Owner

PIE&G Connect requires that property owners complete the necessary paperwork to install fiber internet for any tenant. If you are a tenant and not the property owner, no worries; here’s what you need to do.

1. Download and print the fiber internet application, and have the property owner sign and initial the required paperwork. We do not accept digital signatures from property owners.

2. Create your required SmartHub account if you do not already have one. https://pieg.smarthub.coop

3.Mail or bring the paperwork completed with the $100 one-time application fee.
