What is the back-to-school promotion?
For a limited time, PIE&G Connect is waiving the regular $100 application fee for qualifying new residential fiber internet customers.
When does the promotion begin and end?
The promotion is available for eligible applications submitted from Wednesday, September 2, 2026 through October 31st, 2026.
Who is eligible?
The offer is available to new residential PIE&G Connect customers at eligible service addresses where fiber service is currently available. Standard application and service requirements still apply.
Does the promotion apply to existing PIE&G Connect customers?
No. This promotion is intended for new residential internet customers and does not apply to existing service.
Do former members/customers qualify?
Yes. As long as they’ve gone 30 days without service
Does the offer apply to business accounts?
No. The waived application fee applies only to qualifying residential internet applications.
What exactly is being waived?
The regular one-time $100 application fee is waived. Monthly internet charges, optional services, applicable taxes and any other charges are not included in the promotion.
Does the promotion include free installation?
PIE&G Connect provides worry-free standard installation. The promotion specifically waives the $100 application fee; charges for any unusual or nonstandard installation work, if applicable, are not included.
Can this promotion be combined with another offer?
This offer cannot be combined with other promotions
What if someone submitted an application shortly before the promotion began?
Applications submitted before or after will be reviewed for eligibility and will be at the Member Services’ discretion.
What if PIE&G Connect is not yet available at the caller’s address?
The promotion applies only to addresses currently eligible for installation. We can help the caller check availability and register their interest, so PIE&G Connect can contact them when service becomes available.
Does the installation need to be completed before the promotion ends?
No. The qualifying application must be submitted and accepted during the promotional period. Installation may occur later based on scheduling and availability.
Does PIE&G Connect require a long-term contract?
No. PIE&G Connect does not require a long-term annual commitment.
Are there data limits?
No. PIE&G Connect residential internet plans include unlimited data with no data caps or throttling.
What is included with residential internet service?
All residential plans include a Wi-Fi GigaSpire router, unlimited data, network security and parental-control tools, worry-free standard installation, and 24/7 technical support.
How does someone apply?
Prospects can check service availability and apply online at PIEGConnect.com. A Member Services representative can also help answer questions and guide them through the application process.
What should I say if someone is ready to switch?
“Great! Let’s first confirm that PIE&G Connect is available at your address. If you qualify and apply during the promotional period, we’ll waive the regular $100 application fee.”
What if a previous member/customer wants to come back? Do we charge them for the truck roll?
No, we will waive that fee to have them back.
